They would not give me and my date a booth 9 oclock at night ...The table was so small I had to take off my phone and glasses to fit 2 piece of cake 2 coffee 2 water there was absolutely no room at all .Worst experience ever I will probably never return to the following location again the seating arrangement is terrible..So one star for me...

Simply delectable! Their waffles ate just out of this world. Friendly staff...great ambience... lively decor. If only the place was little more bigger.. 👍👍👍

Great service by the staff. They were quick enough to serve any of the costumer. The interior could have be more beautiful but it was ok. Icecream is definitely fantastic. Quantity and quality were great. Easily one of the best icecream ever tasted.

Our server was very pleasant, the food and drinks ordered came out quickly and was delicious! However, after less than one hour spent there AND as I was still drinking the $10 drink I ordered, the manager came around and asked us (along with our neighbouring table) to leave to make room for incoming guests. It's one thing to attempt courtesy for incoming guests but maybe wait for your current ones to at least finish what they've ordered and just barely finished paying for.

Excellent staff, and quick service. My only complaint is the wait times to be seated. This place is generally always packed so be prepared to wait a pretty minute to be seated. The desserts are consistently delicious as well.

Brought my aunt n uncle from Italy here to enjoy the menu!Really nice hostess and waitress was very willing to accomodate us to sit outside!The wait time from when we sat down to when we received the desserts was very long.I realized the place was busy but we waited over 40 minutes!Great place but be prepared to wait!

Decent desserts. I got 'Summertime Fatness' and shared it between myself and my other half. I customize it and like it in specific way. Sub the brownies with praline as the ice cream already comes with brownies. The chocolate on top doesn't taste great so I avoid it and get extra white chocolate sauce.

Great service, Tongue Depressor on a waffle is by far the best item on their menu. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept very clean. There is no option for reservations, so make sure to come at a less busy time for faster seating. I find myself and others ordering the same item over and over as it never gets boring. Warning: 1 full plate is actually a lot of food, so if you don't eat big meals, you might want to share or eat less during the rest of the day.

Delicious desserts with excellent service by friendly staff members

I got the "Face Pomme" and it was delicious! Service was fast and the servers were polite but not very friendly. I was surprised by the prices at first but the portions were huge.

Amazing dessert, really good menu, has something for everyone. Service was good, servers are quick to bring water right away. Prices are good and the food is excellent, the portions are very generous. Only issue with this location is the parking, there is not much parking, especially when it's busy.

It can't be better! is the perfect word for what you get here. The belgian chocolate, cocoa chanel with hot brownie & hot chocolate with strawberries on side was like the God's food. This place has some Amazing desert options, is usually crowded and has a waiting time. Servers are very polite and does their best to make you happy. I am craving for more and will surely visit again. Totally Recommended. Enjoy!

Very tasty! Haven’t had demetres in a long time and it was amazing to be back. Ordered an extra cup of chocolate sauce and it was delicious!! Felt like I was in heaven. Servers were courteous and nice! Scott is an amazing person that works at demetres!

I had a wonderful dessert here. I didn't have to wait for seating and service was very attentive. There was cold ice water for free and it was always refilled without my prompting when it reached a third full. Nice ambiance- the sun was pretty but not too bright and the red booth was quite chic. My dessert was well made and was made quite quickly. I enjoyed every bite and will be back soon!

The best desserts you'll have in your life! A huge variety to pick from, but make sure you go with an empty stomach as the portions are big. They also have a good selection of hot and cold beverages.

Neat and clean. Good range of desserts. Ordered "I ate u, I love you" with Belgian waffle and it was delicious. The bigger dishes (like the one I ordered) will run you about $20 with tax and tip included. That should be sufficient to satisfy a shared dessert for two.

Everything was going perfect until i observed lipstick stained glass :( i guess dishwasher was doing low today.. Spontaneous staff,approaches quickly and serves within few mins.. Nice experience..

Great place for speciality ice cream rush. A bit pricey. They always have the heat cranked up like a sauna. Even the ice cream cant keep us cooled down.

I ordered their banana nutella waffles and red velvet cheesecake and they were delicious. Demetres is my favourite dessert place with nice ambience. But these desserts serve as your meal as the portion sizes are huge.

Ordered a Waffle with brûléed Bananas, Honey Vanilla ice cream, Strawberries, Coulis and Nutella. Was absolutely delicious and service was amazing. Will surely go back.Edit (August 5, 2018):We ordered the Blush on a Waffle, and had Caramel Sauce, Nutella and Bluleed Bananas and left out the White Chocolate Sauce. It was perfect and we loved every bite. Needless to say, this wont be our last visit. If you are in the area, go and get a waffle or crepe. It is worth it.

The food was great and meticulously prepared. The service was not very attentive, but helpful when asked.

Great place for dessert considering there aren't a lot of places that just serve dessert. The portions are really big and for myself, I can never finish one by myself. It is definitely something that I would recommend sharing with at least two people. They offer a variety of choices when it comes to their waffle/crepes. You can substitute certain aspects of ones that you really like in order to make sure that it is the way you want. It gets really busy on the weekends however. I have seen the line coming through the door and starting to wrap around the sidewalk. If you plan to go I would suggest going early to avoid the long wait. Otherwise it is usually pretty much filled but not too long of a wait for a table.

Always a nice treat! Waffle with french vanilla iced cream with strawberries, brownies and milk chocolate sauce is the best! Have to go early evening though because the crowds always get there around 8-10pm and you'll be waiting a while otherwise.

Good place to eat desserts and drinks with cook varieties and nice ambience inside. Generally Bramalea City Center location is busier during evening hours and over the weekend. Prices are reasonable compared to the portion of the items I ordered and the quality/taste. Teenagers always keeps it busy!

The wait is always busy at night on the weekends but it's worth it. The desserts here are delicious, especially the amazing ice creams. They change their menu frequently so sometimes items we like disappear and we miss the option to "make your own" for all of the dessert types, but you can still customize any of the items. Bring some friends to share because the portions are huge, but so tasty. Service varies, but is mostly good.

Dessert was really good. Wish we could have been given a better customer service experience though. When we were already seated, we asked the hostess for another table since my husband found the chair (stoolbar) to be uncomfortable on his back. We were told they're not allowed to move us to another table because other customers coming in might need them. Mind you there was no lineup at the door. This hostess then proceeded to tell us that if we really wanted to move, she would have to get the manager so we could ask him/her instead. But no manager ever came to us to address our request. My husband got so turned off by this that he wanted to leave, but since we already ordered I asked him to stay. We ended up not enjoying our food since we had to eat so fast because of how much discomfort my husband was in in those stoolbars. Wish they were more accommodating. That would have made our visit a more enjoyable one.

Good Location, Good Ambience, Good Service, Delicious Desserts. An opt place for evening hang out with Friends, Families, Gusts and Clients. Clean washroom. New Fort City, The Waffle with Coffee Ice-cream and Almond Nut is Awesome 👏.

How can this place disappoint, it's desserts for heaven's sakes. A paradise for people like sweet tooth like me. I can eat here everyday (I wish).

Great place to hit the sweet spot after dinner. Their ice creams are one of the best in town, especially their Rocher and Strawberry Royale. Their desserts never disappoint.

Absolutely fabulous! Was served by the supervisor, unfortunately didn't get her name. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Food was fast, fresh and delicious!!! Highly recommend this location.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received ...the staff was very impatient when I had to order. When I asked if I could get strawberry sauce on the waffles and ice cream.. The bald guy replied saying we don’t put it anymore on the ice-cream and he was very rude!!!!

Great place to have desserts 🍨. If you with group of friends just try this place. I’m posing here their menu and some of the desserts. The prices are fair. There of ranges of sizes ... large sized desserts are very good for 3-4 people to share. Caution !!!! Tons of calories on the way 😂😋

One of the best place to fill your craving. Sunday is all time fav. One of my fav places with excellent customer service from the cafe.
